Message from C. Bruce Hamburg and Frank J. Jordan

Welcome to Jordan and Hamburg! We have worked together as partners for more than 23 years, and in that time Jordan and Hamburg LLP has become a respected and trusted name in international patent law. In the past few years, our firm has expanded its practice beyond Germany and Japan, traditionally the largest foreign filers of U.S. patent applications, and we now have thriving associations with companies in countries with rapidly developing technology sectors like Korea, Taiwan, and several members of the European Union.

 

Technology

Starting in 1999 we developed our own proprietary case management database along with an assortment of file management software, which has enabled us to maintain strict accuracy of filings and careful administration of deadlines. Over the years we have added to and customized our internal software to meet the changing role of technology vis-à-vis the United States Patent Office.
